Information covered in the Mind/Body Program for Infertility F.A.Q.’s includes, but is not limited to, the purpose and benefits of the program, program cost and insurance information, participation while going through treatment, as well as participation while not seeking treatment and partner/spouse participation.

The F.A.Q.’s about Infertility Information include, but are not limited to, the definition of infertility, causes and diagnoses, treatment explanations, IVF information, infertility myths & facts, the benefits of psychological counseling, as well as the roles that depression and anxiety play in infertility.

The information in our F.A.Q.’s regarding acupuncture includes, but is not limited to, an explanation of acupuncture, whether or not it hurts, if acupuncture is safe, how many treatments are recommended, which conditions acupuncture can treat and whether or not it can increase pregnancy rates in infertility patients.

A Fertility Plan is helpful in navigating the decision-making process of treatment and family-building options. Having a Fertility Plan serves as a compass giving direction when you may feel lost or unsure about what direction to take in building your family."

For women suffering from depression and/or anxiety, even in the mild to moderate range, relieving symptoms increases chance of conceiving while going through treatment. Research shows that women who receive psychological support while going through medical treatment for infertility have higher conception rates than women who do not receive psychological support while going through treatment."
